These terms apply when you use the WP Darko website, create an account, download a plugin, purchase a license, renew a subscription, or contact WP Darko for support or custom work.
Digital products
WP Darko products are delivered as digital downloads. A purchase gives you a license to use the plugin according to the license option selected at checkout. It does not transfer ownership of the plugin source, brand, or related intellectual property.
Licenses, updates, and support
Active licenses include access to plugin downloads, updates, and support for the license term shown at checkout. License keys may not be shared, resold, published, or used outside the sites allowed by the license you purchased.
Subscriptions and renewals
Some licenses renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage renewals from your account or contact us if you need help. Cancelling a renewal does not cancel the remaining time on an already-paid license term.
Payments and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout before purchase. Taxes may be added where required. Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another supported payment provider.
Refunds
Because WP Darko products are digital downloads, refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
Accounts and downloads
You are responsible for keeping your account email accurate and your account access secure. Downloads, invoices, license keys, and renewal details are available from your WP Darko account when the related purchase data is available.
Compatibility
We work to keep WP Darko plugins compatible with supported WordPress and PHP versions. Third-party themes, plugins, hosting settings, browser behavior, and custom code can affect how a plugin works on a specific site.
Custom work
Requests for custom plugins, themes, or other custom work are handled separately from standard plugin licenses unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload, or publicly share WP Darko paid plugin files or license keys unless we have given written permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when they are published on this page.
